I did not have a chance to watch this movie though...Perhaps, I did not know that there was a movie!

However, today Mr.Garrioch told me that there is the movie and here for the book so, here goes the trailer:

Adventures Abroad

One of the most interesting places in the world to visit is Korea. This place has everything! There are big mountains for walking, and lakes that are perfect for reading.

Just 50 years ago, teachers were discovered in Korea. Since then, people have been traveling from all over the world to see them. And no trip to Koreawould be complete without a daytrip to see the great teacher in the country's largest forest.

The best time to travel to Korea is Summmer. At this time of the year, many people have seen monkeys and friend in the countryside. The weather is usually hot, so it is the perfect time to see. Just remember to packcomputers. You wouldn't want to be high in the mountains without them!

The people of Korea are very nice and enjoy showing tourists their localbooks. Remember to bring your computers, and you'll have a great time inKorea. You might even bring the local tradition of running back home with you!

History presentation!- History of the 9/11 terror

Hello everyone, today I would like to post my history presentation that I presented on Monday. The topic is about 9/11. I talked about the Islamic and Christians. The crusade, Pope Urban and Osama Bin Laden,9/11 and the results. Here are the basic notes about what I said:

Islamic:    1.Religion made to worship gods.
               2.Wore traditional clothing called Burka.
               3.The adherent of Islamic is Muslim.


Christian: 1.Believes in Jesus.
              2.Goes to a religious place called Church
              3. One of the famous religions
                
The Crusade: 1.A religious war that happened in the 11th century.
                     2.There were 9 crusades in total
                     3.Went on for 2 centuries (1095-1291)


Pope Urban 2:1. First person to start the first crusade.
                     2. Born in CA1035 and died in 1099.
                     3. Catholic


Osama Bin Laden: 1.In charge of 9/11 terror.
                            2. Born in 1957- dead in 2011 May 2nd in Pakistan
                            3. Nationality: Saudi Arabia

Viral Video : Charlie Bit my finger!

Today I would like to post something about a viral video: Charlie Bit my finger.
It was first made in May 2007. The brothers were aged 3 and 1. The older one is named
Harry Carr and the small one is called Charlie Carr. They are both English.
The views of the video kept on rising until it reached 405,000,000 views in January 4th 2012.


The family earned more than 10 thousand British pounds since it was uploaded. This includes people making and selling mugs and T-shirts with their faces on it and also there were many people copying the video clip, which made them earn that much money.

Charlie and Harry's parents say that they did not put the video on for getting famous and rich. They say that they first made the video private. However, because so many people watched it, they changed it to public so the world could see.
Their first purpose wasn't to be rich but, they said that they also did not want to put on a video that many people does not like.

This video is getting more and more views. New people watch and the same person also watch it over and over again. Which means more and more money for Charlie's family.

Remember! Charlie's family earned 100 English pounds for making a 56 second video!

My favorite book....

My favorite book is The Witches. The author of this book is
Roald Dahl. I would like to introduce the author.
Roald Dahl was born in Wales with Norwegian parents. In 1940,
he started writing books for both adults and children.
He attended the world war 2. He was the flying ace.
He was the best author for the 20th century.
His famous books are Witches, Matilda and the BFG.









The witches is one of the famous books that Roald Dahl had written.I like it because it has
both the scariness and fun. I think that Roald Dahl is good at explaining feelings.
I would like to highly recommend this book to people who enjoy reading books with a
bit of scariness in it!

Dear K-pop,

Hello my friend! You suddenly became a representative of Korea.
I love your fast beat and cool dances!
I love how you go to other countries and make Korean singers sing you.
You have a talent that makes people interested in Korea.
You make Korea become rich because many people visit Korea to meet you.

However,when I got my friends to meet you in Singapore,
my friends had a frown on their faces.
This incident made me get far from you.
However, I know that even my close friends cannot get me far from you.
I will always listen to you everyday, everywhere.

Please keep on representing our culture together with our dear friend
Korean food.
I am sure that you two will do a good job representing, showing and get
people interested in Korean culture....


     

Chain Story

Hello everyone, today, I would like to post a story that I started and other people finished off for me.

It was a dark stormy night, when a detective got a case where a girl was killed during her way back home from her academy. The witness said that she was looking out the window and saw a tall women walking behind the girl and when she went to the bathroom there was a scream and when she looked out, both two people were gone. She was frightened. She thougt that she had to call the police. This is how the detective got the case. However, the bathroom was locked when the police and the detective came. There was no windows, but only one spave through a ventilating opening. Nothing seemed strange with the floor. But after some time passed \, the detective recognized that the tiles of the bathroom floor was new. Others were all old. The detective thought harder. He got one idea to make sure 'Someone who made this case changed tiles to make the police to not recognizewho he or she is.' He wop up the tiles and guess what he sees. The body of the girl. He caught the witness. She had the wrong truth.She had made a team with the crimminal. 
When the detective was in a bar to rest a minute, there was another case. A boy was also killed in a bathrom too. And it was a same bathroom that the girl had been dead. He thought that something was wrong when he went to the ventilating machine. It was not working and when he ran his hands over it something was caught.  It was a secret button on one of the bars of the ventilating machine. He then gathered up some special group and pushed the button. And suddenly, it swung open reveal a secret passage way. They went through the tunnel to find a very tall women holding a desert eagle in one hand and she was examining some money. (Bank accounts.)  and there were a lot of criminals waiting to be found.


                                                          The End

This was not the way I actually wanted the story to lay out. But, it was nice to know what other people think about!
